DARIEN — Halstead Property is now offering 3D Walkthru technology to its exclusive properties in Fairfield County.
Halstead is first in the industry to debut the high definition technology in the region, allowing potential buyers the opportunity to virtually tour properties, directly from the Halstead website, with a click of a mouse. The firm previously launched 3D Walkthru capability for its Manhattan listings and is proud to bring it to Connecticut, where Halstead Darien’s 11 Sunswyck Road, 61 Five Mile River Road and 134 Five Mile River Road are the most recent properties to feature the technology.
“3D Walkthru adds transparency and value for the consumer, and we have already seen the technology resonate tremendously with our buyers and sellers in the Manhattan market. We are thrilled to offer it to our Fairfield County customers and know that it will enhance the search experience for buyers, especially those who are moving from out-of-state or who might be undecided. We see 3D Walkthru as the perfect complement to our stunning professional photography and floorplans,” said Diane M. Ramirez, chairman and CEO of Halstead Property.

11 Sunswyck Road, a freeflowing six-bedroom, six-and-ahalf-bath home in the Delafield Island Association, features a two-story foyer, 10-foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, extensive built-in cabinetry, an elevator, five fireplaces, a heated pool with spa and custom millwork detail throughout, all of which potential buyers can experience via the 3D Walkthru. The property is on the market for $5.25 million with David K. Hawes and Holly Saunder Hawes of the Darien Office.
“3D Walkthru is an impressive tool because you can experience a property without having to physically go there. Just recently, I was talking about 11 Sunswyck Road to a client when he asked to do a walk through. Within seconds, I pulled up the listing online and showed him the 3D Walkthru and he thought it was great,” said Ken Deleo of Doherty & Deleo Development and builder of 11 Sunswyck Road.
With 3D Walkthru, potential buyers can also virtually tour 96 Five Mile River Road, an exceptional new construction featuring six bedrooms and sevenand-a-half baths. The home offers an open floorplan with a chef’s kitchen and a large breakfast area that opens to a sunfilled family room. It has custom stone fireplaces, a wet bar, beamed ceilings and a private balcony off the master suite with water views. The home is on the market for $3.895 million with Nancy Dauk of the Darien Office.
134 Five Mile River Road is a charming custom colonial with four beds, four-and-a-half baths and spectacular architectural details. 3D Walkthru viewers can tour the beautiful spacious home and witness the open, airy floor plan with amazing water views. The home features a formal living, a dining and family room with natural stone fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a fabulous wood-paneled library and an expansive rear deck with water views. Jill Keating Brannigan of the Darien Office is listing the home for $4.375 million.
Previously soft launched for select Connecticut listings, 3D Walkthru will now be a standard marketing feature offered for many of Halstead’s listings throughout Fairfield County.
